To Connnect Bluetooth to PC , speaker, or other audio device, follow these steps.

Select Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices > Add Bluetooth or other device > Bluetooth from the Start menu on your PC. Select the device and, if any additional instructions appear, follow them, then select Done.

A Bluetooth connection is supported by many current PCs. However, not all of them will, and the older your computer is, the less probable it is to have Bluetooth. There are a few ways to see if your PC has Bluetooth.If you still have any of the booklets or literature that came with your computer, start there. If not, try looking up the model of your computer online to see if you can find a solution there.

Other Bluetooth-capable devices, such as smartphones and tablets, as well as peripherals such as a keyboard and mouse, may follow the same processes.

Check to see if your Bluetooth headphones are discoverable. To make your device discoverable, put it in 'pairing mode.' To access your PC's settings, go to the Start menu and select PC Settings. Select Devices from the drop-down menu. Then, by clicking the toggle and selecting Add Bluetooth or other device, you may enable your Bluetooth. On the pop-up window, select Bluetooth. This should scan all nearby Bluetooth devices automatically. When  your headphones appear,  select Connect.

Install the Bluetooth Dongle

Insert the Bluetooth Dongle into a free USB port on your computer to begin installation .It is critical that you do not connect the Dongle to your computer until you are instructed to do so.

Place the CD in your CD player.

The disc should run on its own.

Follow the on-screen instructions.

When requested, insert the Dongle.
